Program Director (Full-Time or Part-Time)

  • Oversee daily program operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality program implementation
  • Manage hiring, scheduling, compliance, and family engagement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree (or higher) in Child Development, Education, Recreation, or related field OR NYS Children's Program Administrator Credential OR School-Age Child Care Credential
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with children under 13
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
