Client Capabilities Specialist

TITLE: 

Client Capabilities Specialist, S&CF Growth Strategy & Innovation 

 

DUTIES:  

Execute client backed (service line) tech-enablement priorities and opportunities, and drive adoption, delivery and scaling of tech capabilities and assets using highly tailored, data-backed knowledge. Collaborate cross functionally and work with teams to deliver transformational knowledge across priority efforts and help with dissemination of assets and new knowledge with core team and service line leadership. Advise partners to help identify priority knowledge initiatives (e.g., identifying topics for new research and publication related to priority corporate strategy and business strategy topics including macro-economic and geopolitical trends, that address clients’ most discussed topics or pressing questions based on data-driven insights). Facilitate best practice sharing in client development across sectors and regions. Identify potential client reference cases, and sanitize key LOPs (Letter of Proposal) for 

client service teams (CSTs). Act as a peer counsellor to partners, S&CF leaders, and capability managers on service line related questions, and other topics over time. Maintain a view of the client pipeline, people, and core collateral. Advise CSTs, respond to global CST requests related to our materials, guide them to the appropriate content and offer perspective on the best way to support their clients. Maintain and update knowledge repositories and drive the annual refresh of the service line’s core strategy documents with advice from partners and leadership team. Measure adoption and utilization of offerings and component by teams to analyze trends in client demand, knowledge usage, and content effectiveness to help define top/prioritized topics to develop in each year. Telecommuting permitted.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Minimum of a Master’s degree in International Affairs, Economics, Finance, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of experience working in business, finance, or innovation. Experience must include: Performing quantitative market or company research and data analysis; Reading and interpreting financial statements of companies, market data, or other technical, business-related materials; Project management, including strategy setting, feasibility assessments, interacting with stakeholders and running qualitative and quantitative analyses; Preparing white papers for senior internal stakeholders or external publication; Liaising across internal teams or with external stakeholders; and MS Offices: Excel and PowerPoint.
