KidsHustle is a UK iOS marketplace connecting teenagers aged 13–17 with paid local jobs posted by parents and guardians. We launched on the App Store in April 2026 and are backed by a tight-knit founding team building one of the UK’s first regulated teen gig platforms. We’re pre-seed, moving fast, and looking for people who want to build something from the ground up — not manage someone else’s playbook.

The Role

We need a growth marketer who thrives outside the playbook. You’ll own our grassroots and guerrilla campaigns end-to-end — from concept through execution and reporting. This isn’t a “schedule tweets” role. You’ll be designing and running campaigns that get KidsHustle into schools, communities, and parent networks in a way that actually converts.
