Behavior Technician (BT) In-Home ABA Therapy
Position Type: Full-Time (minimum 30 hrs/wk) & Part-Time (minimum 15 hrs/wk)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling from 9:00 AM- 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Location: In-home services in Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Irving, Lewisville, and surrounding North Dallas communities
Starting Pay: $16.00–$23+.00/hour during your first 90 days, based on education, experience, and qualifications. Performance-based raises available at 90 days, 6 months, and annually thereafter!
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Pursuing your BCBA®? Eligible employees receive BCBA® fieldwork supervision, including up to 20 paid administrative/unrestricted hours per month to accrue the unrestricted experience the BACB® requires. With small caseloads and direct mentorship from the practice owners, you'll get the kind of individualized supervision that's hard to find at larger companies.
What You'll Do
You will provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in children's homes, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®):
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA®
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive living, executive functioning, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during each session
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote consistency across environments
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
- Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and BACB® ethical standards

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Comfortable traveling between client homes within your assigned service area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to actively engage with children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and participating in play-based activities
- Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, daycare, camp counseling, coaching, tutoring, volunteering, teaching, etc.)
Preferred (but not required!)
- Current RBT® Certification OR willingness to obtain certification (we'll support you through the process!)
- Coursework or degree in progress in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Medicine, or a related field
- Bilingual (any second language) candidates a plus!
