District Intern

The Office of Congressman Kweisi Mfume (MD-07) is seeking to hire a public service-oriented, current college student or recent graduate wishing to gain internship experience at our District office in Baltimore.   

District Intern responsibilities include answering phones, conducting research, engaging in constituent correspondence, assisting with special projects at the direction of the District Director, and supporting staff as needed. As a result, the intern will learn about the important functions of our impactful District office. District ties are required. 

Typical hours for all internships are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, although hours may be flexible to accommodate summer coursework.
