Spa Operations Coordinator

Spa Operations & Growth Coordinator
(Part-Time)
Location: Francis Optimal Performance Chiropractic & The Spine Spa
Schedule: Part-Time, 10–20 hours per week (additional hours may become available based on
business needs)
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience.
Position Summary
The Spa Operations & Growth Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily success and
continued growth of The Spine Spa. This individual serves as a leader and mentor to the spa
team by encouraging exceptional customer service, improving sales performance, increasing
client retention, and ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for every guest.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, building relationships, developing
systems, marketing wellness services, and helping a growing business thrive. The Coordinator
will work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency, strengthen team
accountability, increase community awareness, and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
● Lead, encourage, and motivate spa staff to provide exceptional customer service.
● Coach team members on communication, professionalism, and patient experience.
● Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of spa employees.
● Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
● Recognize staff successes and identify opportunities for continued growth.
● Assist with shift coverage when business needs require.
Customer Experience & Retention
● Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, personalized experience.
● Monitor patient satisfaction and proactively resolve service concerns.
● Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase repeat visits.
● Follow up with clients after services and encourage rebooking.
● Build long-term relationships that create loyal clients and generate referrals.

Sales & Business Growth
● Coach staff on recommending appropriate spa services, memberships, and retail
products.
● Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Assist with monthly promotions, wellness campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
● Help increase membership enrollment, retail sales, and service utilization.
● Support community outreach and relationship-building efforts that generate new clients.
Community Outreach & Events
● Build relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, healthcare providers, and
community organizations to increase brand awareness and referrals.
● Coordinate and host 1–2 community events each month at The Spine Spa.
● Collaborate with event facilitators and community partners to create engaging wellness
experiences.
● Represent The Spine Spa at local networking events, health fairs, and community
activities when appropriate.
● Develop partnerships that promote long-term community engagement and business
growth.
Marketing & Social Media
● Coordinate and schedule 1–2 social media posts each week highlighting services,
events, staff, promotions, and patient education.
● Encourage and organize staff participation in creating videos, educational content, and
behind-the-scenes posts.
● Work with leadership to develop engaging marketing campaigns that align with the spa's
brand.
● Assist in promoting upcoming events, special offers, and community partnerships
through social media and other marketing channels.
Operations
● Monitor daily spa operations for efficiency and consistency.
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
● Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
● Review schedules to maximize productivity and appointment utilization.
● Help develop systems and workflows that improve the overall patient experience.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

● Client retention rate
● Rebooking percentage
● Membership growth
● Retail sales
● Average transaction value
● Patient satisfaction
● Team productivity
● Community event participation and new client conversions
● Social media consistency and engagement
● Share ideas and recommendations with leadership to improve business performance.
● Attend monthly leadership meetings and provide updates on business growth, marketing
initiatives, and team performance.
Qualifications
● Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
● Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or customer
service preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable networking and building relationships within the local community.
● Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook is preferred.
● Positive attitude with a passion for developing others.
● Sales-minded while maintaining a patient-first approach.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-motivated, dependable, creative, and solution-oriented.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience.
Performance-based compensation increases will be available based on achievement of
measurable business goals and performance metrics. Additional hours and advancement
opportunities may become available as The Spine Spa continues to grow.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, the Spa Operations & Growth Coordinator will:
● Improve client retention and rebooking rates.
● Increase retail, service, and membership sales.
● Develop a motivated and engaged spa team.
● Maintain consistently high patient satisfaction.

● Successfully coordinate 1–2 well-attended community events each month.
● Build meaningful partnerships with local businesses and healthcare professionals.
● Maintain a consistent social media presence of 1–2 engaging posts per week with
active staff participation.
● Support efficient daily operations while helping grow The Spine Spa through exceptional
leadership, community engagement, and outstanding customer service.
