100% on-site

Shift – 1st shift Tuesday - Saturday 8-4:30

Job Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support sample management and basic laboratory testing activities. This role involves working in a sample room environment, assisting with laboratory operations, and performing routine chemistry-based testing.

Manager's update

  • Log and manage incoming samples in the laboratory system
  • Support lab operations, including glassware handling and preparation
  • Perform basic bulk testing such as pH testing, Titration, and osmolality
  • Assist with administrative and documentation tasks
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of lab areas
  • Follow standard lab procedures and compliance guidelines
  • Basic laboratory knowledge (academic or hands-on)
  • Understanding of pH, titration, and general chemistry concepts
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Recent graduates with minimal/no experience (if supported by internships or part-time work)
  • Microbiology experince will work
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Entry-level candidates with academic lab exposure
  • Candidates with a master’s degree is overqualified
  • Candidates with any prior work experience outside academics such as Retail, Customer service, Service industry roles will work
  • Exposure to sample handling or lab operations is preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools is preferred

Job Description: Lab Tech I - 0-3 years experience

  • Coordinate sample receipt and testing of samples and input data into computer application. Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products. Some data interpretation required.
  • have good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech. Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter). Should exhibit good problem solving skills.
  • Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-3+ years of laboratory experience
  • Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.
