Description:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Financial Representatives. This role is primarily focused on handling high-volume inbound calls within a call center environment, providing exceptional support to clients in the financial services sector.  Our clients are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, US Bank, Webster Bank, among others. 

 

Hourly Payment: $21.99-$24.00

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound client calls regarding brokerage accounts, cash management products, online and mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of brokerage operations, financial products, and digital service tools.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a busy service center.

 

Qualifications:

  • College Degree OR previous contact center / call center experience from 2 - 5 years (financial services background strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering world-class customer service.
