STRIVE is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator with commercial real estate experience to support our rapidly growing Dallas brokerage team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled, CRE-savvy transaction specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of all transaction functions—from listing a property to closing it.

The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented, proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our brokers and clients throughout the full cycle of commercial real estate transactions. This role requires someone with a solid foundation in commercial real estate, who can quickly understand our processes, manage deadlines, and help drive deals from engagement through closing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track commercial real estate transactions from engagement through closing
  • Review, abstract, and organize key documents (PSA’s, title commitments, surveys, escrow instructions, and related closing documents)
  • Coordinate and monitor due diligence timelines
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, title companies, lenders, surveyors, attorneys, and governmental agencies
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files; update internal databases
  • Prepare estoppels and SNDA’s
  • Schedule and coordinate third party inspections
  • Analyze transactions and prepare executive summaries for offering memorandums
  • Gather and interpret economic, demographic, and real estate market data 
  • Review and track legal documents and requirements
  • Assist with special projects and time sensitive requests

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate experience (brokerage, title, investment sales, lending, appraisal, or related field)
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents, terminology, and transaction process
  • Understanding of REA’s, easements, restrictive covenants, estoppels, and lease structures
  • Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe) and DocuSign; willingness to learn new platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime to support time sensitive matters
