Classification: Per MCTEA Master Agreement

Location:  Charles Hackley Middle School

Reports to:  Building Principal

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education

Valid Michigan Teacher Certification as required by MDE

Preferred: 

Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district.

BA, BQ, or BX endorsement

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.  Full-time with benefit package.  Starting salary range $51,814.00-$75,437.00.

Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees.

Paid time off includes ten (10) sick leave days, three (3) personal days, and two (2) professional improvement days.
