Job Title: Benefits Analyst Contract
Location: Remote
Contract Term: September – January (32 hours/week)
This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Benefits Analyst Contractor, you will be a part of a team that helps attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Total Rewards team reporting to Senior Manager – US Benefits, you will support multiple benefits areas including retirement, health & wellness.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
What your day-to-day will be like:
• Support monthly and quarterly benefits billing processes by preparing spreadsheets, invoices, payment requests, and related documentation
• Validate vendor invoices, allocate charges across payment sources, and coordinate with Trustees, Accounts Payable, or other internal partners to support timely payment
• Set up new vendors and manage existing vendors in Coupa, Hilton’s invoicing tool
• Help with ongoing Executive Deferred Compensation Plan administration by completing monthly reconciliation processes, funding requests, and recurring reports
• Support benefits administration by completing data entry, verifying documentation, preparing reports or dashboards, and maintaining organized files
• Update internal SharePoint content to help keep Hilton Team Members informed about Hilton’s benefits
• Process international benefits enrollments, transfers, and terminations by working with local HR Directors
How you will collaborate with others:
• Track recurring deadlines, vendor requests, and open items to help ensure benefits processes are completed accurately and on time
• Identify invoice, data, or process discrepancies and escalate issues when additional guidance or approval is needed
• Support process continuity by following established job aids and documenting updates or changes as needed
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
It would be useful if you have:
• Familiarity with Coupa, or similar invoicing systems
• Knowledge of Executive Deferred Compensation Plans (EDCP), health benefits, and welfare plans
• Ability to build/edit VBA Macros
• Knack for process improvement and automating repetitive processes
