Human Resources Assistant (Student Temporary Position)

This is a temporary, project-based position designed specifically for students. Projects are available periodically throughout the year and typically last 1–2 weeks, making this an excellent opportunity for students seeking flexible work that fits around their academic schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Student HR Assistant, you'll support the HR team with important administrative and organizational projects, including:

  • Organizing and filing employee records
  • Assisting with records retention and document archiving
  • Preparing files for secure storage
  • Organizing HR office files, supplies, and workspaces
  • Supporting office clean-up and organization projects
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with other HR administrative projects as needed
