Remote Part time insurance/ investment

Role Summary:

As an Entry-Level Financial Services Associate, you will help individuals and families improve their financial knowledge by educating them on protection strategies, savings, investments, and long-term financial goals. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the resources needed to build a successful career in the financial services industry.


 

Key Responsibilities:


 

Educate clients on financial concepts, including life insurance, investments, retirement strategies, savings, and financial protection.

Conduct client needs assessments to help identify appropriate financial solutions.

Learn and become licensed to offer a portfolio of 13 financial products and services designed to help meet clients’ financial needs.

Build professional relationships through networking, referrals, and community outreach.

Participate in company-provided training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Develop skills in communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, and business development.


 

Training & Licensing Support:

We provide the training and resources needed to help you succeed, including all required course materials and support to obtain professional licenses. The company supports licensing opportunities such as:


 

Life Insurance License

Investment Securities Licensing (where applicable)

Mortgage Licensing

Additional financial services certifications and training

Licensing & Fees Disclosure


The company covers the cost of all required state licensing and training. Applicants are responsible for a $49 background check fee during the onboarding process. This fee is fully reimbursed once the individual obtains their state license.


 

In addition, there is a $25 monthly software fee that provides access to the company’s business, training, and client management systems.
