Talk Street Media makes street-interview style video ads for consumer brands. We send an interviewer out to talk to real people, and those reactions become paid social ads for our clients.
We're looking for a Street Interviewer to be the face of that work — someone who's genuinely comfortable on camera, curious about people, and can walk up to a total stranger and get them talking in under a minute. This role runs two lanes: organic/spec content (interviews we shoot ourselves and either run as our own ads or use to pitch a brand cold) and client work (executing concepts our Creative Strategist has already built out for a signed client). You'll work closely with the our creative strategist on ideation and feasibility before heading out to shoot.
This is one of the most visible roles at TSM — you're often the first impression a stranger, a client, or a future client gets of the agency. Compensation (stipend + performance-based pay tied to signed client work) will be shared during the interview process. This is a summer internship role. We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis with final decisions out by July 25th.
