What You’ll Do 

Work with Massive Data: Process and analyze large-scale datasets on AWS elastic computing platforms. 

Build Data Relationships: Develop and optimize data pipelines, build scalable machine learning models, and uncover deep insights. 

Develop in Python: Leverage Python, PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy to create intelligent systems. 

Open-Source Contributions: Commit high-quality code to repositories on Hugging Face, GitHub, or other AI communities to drive innovation and gain industry recognition. 

AI Research & Experimentation: Push the boundaries of LLMs, and generative AI, experimenting with new architectures and methodologies. 

Deploy and Scale: Optimize and deploy ML models and APIs that solve real-world business problems. 

Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside top engineers, researchers, and data scientists to explore uncharted territories in AI. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience: 1 to 3 years of building scalable AI platforms

Coding Expertise: Strong experience in Python (bonus points for knowledge of Scala, Rust, or Go). 

Cloud & Big Data Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker) and big data processing tools. 

Machine Learning & AI: Familiarity with transformers, LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning models, and deep learning frameworks. 

Open-Source Contributor: Passion for contributing to AI and data science communities, preferably with experience in Hugging Face, GitHub, Kaggle, or similar platforms. 

Problem Solver: A sharp, self-driven thinker who loves tackling complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
