Youth Development Coach (Part-Time)

KidStrong Indy is looking for energetic, motivated students who want hands-on experience working with children from crawling age through 11 years old. This is a great opportunity for students pursuing careers in education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, exercise science, psychology, speech pathology, nursing, or other child-focused fields.
As a KidStrong Coach, you'll develop valuable skills in child development, leadership, communication, classroom management, and coaching—all while helping kids build confidence, character, and physical skills.
What You'll Gain

What You'll Do
- Lead and assist with high-energy classes for children from crawling age through 11 years old.
- Create a positive, encouraging environment where kids feel confident trying new things.
- Help children develop physical skills, confidence, and character.
- Learn and deliver the KidStrong curriculum.
- Build relationships with children and families.
- Work alongside experienced coaches and receive ongoing training and mentorship.
