Hiring Process

Position Summary
The Recruiting & Training Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of Legal Papers Inc.'s network of independent Process Servers. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our field team, helping ensure every Process Server has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to provide exceptional service.
This is a hands-on position within a growing, family-owned business where your work will directly impact the success of our operations and the experience of both our clients and Process Servers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified Process Server candidates through online job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting efforts.
- Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Schedule, organize, and lead group interview sessions for prospective Process Servers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for all new Process Servers.
- Train new Process Servers on company procedures, technology, expectations, and best practices.
- Ensure all required onboarding paperwork, driver's license information, insurance documentation, and background check requirements are completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Process Server questions, concerns, and day-to-day support.
- Maintain regular communication with active Process Servers.
- Monitor Process Server performance and provide coaching when needed.
- Recruit Process Servers in underserved territories to strengthen statewide coverage.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, training manuals, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable conducting phone interviews, leading group interviews, and training new team members.
- Confident speaking in front of groups and facilitating presentations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while working independently.
- Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, operations, office administration, customer service, logistics, training, or management is preferred.
