AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM - TEACHER APPLICANT POOL

99 West Main Street Location


 

CLOSING DATE: July 23, 2026

PAY RANGE: $10.93 - $13.12 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

SCHEDULE: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm: Monday - Thursday

DEPARTMENT: Literacy Center


JOB SUMMARY
 

Applicants for our after-school program would be responsible for:

  • Monitoring students
  • Lesson planning and preparing materials
  • Teaching reading/math lessons to small groups of children (K - 4th Grade)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


 

  • Ability to interact well with children.
  • Get along well with other staff members.
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Perform a variety of responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Must be 15 years or older.


 

Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
