Qualifications
- Passion for K-Beauty and interest in the latest beauty and skincare trends
- Minimum 2 years of retail store experience (management or supervisory experience is a plus)
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Responsible, reliable, and able to take ownership of daily store operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset and team leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
