Altuzarra Runway Market Week Temp Internship- September 13th-September 23rd

During market week, you will be working in the showroom while sales executives are meeting with buyers. Therefore, it is important that you observe the most refined etiquette practices and always look your best. 
Behind the scenes, it is crucial that you maintain a calm but efficient demeanor as it will be hectic at times!

TASKS 
-The daily schedule will be full of appointments with buyers roughly from 9am – 6pm each day.
-Please keep the showroom, kitchen/model changing room clean at all times, as we wish to welcome clients in a beautiful and organized setting.
-Before the buyers arrive, please be sure to check that there are printed linesheets and a pen on each table. If there are no linesheets, replenish them prior to buyers arrival.
-Ensure that there are 4 bottles of water on each table at all times.
-We use many supplies as part of market week, such as lint rollers, computer paper, hair ties, tea/coffee, snacks, water, etc. If a supply is running low, please notify a member of the sales team so that we may maintain an adequate supply.
-In terms of Visual Merchandising of the showroom- All RTW samples will have a special place in the racks. Take pictures of the RTW and accessories displays on your phones and use as a reference to help you maintain/reset the showroom through the day.
-In between appointments, you will be responsible for putting clothes back to their assigned place on the racks. Always ensure that they are in the correct order on the racks. 

-During client appointments, showroom models are booked to model all the styles that the buyers would like to see worn. During peak times, there will be two - three showroom models and it is one of the primary responsibilities of market interns to help the models get dressed and undressed from the various looks.

$50 a day with lunch provided
