Available Positions

Elementary After School Teacher (Grades 4–6)

Help guide and support upper elementary students during our after-school program by:

  • Supervising students in a safe and positive environment
  • Assisting with homework and academic enrichment
  • Supporting students in mathematics, language arts, and study skills
  • Leading engaging indoor and outdoor activities
  • Building positive relationships with students and families

Qualifications

  • Currently working toward a bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Ability to successfully pass a math and language assessment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with children in a group setting is required

Preschool After School Teacher (Ages 3–6)

Support our Montessori classrooms by:

  • Assisting children with daily routines and classroom activities
  • Supervising indoor and outdoor play
  • Encouraging independence and positive social interactions
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
  • Planning and executing engaging projects for the children
  • Working collaboratively with co-teachers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
  • Currently enrolled in an additional 6 ECE units
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children is required

Toddler After School Teacher (18 Months–3 Years)

Help provide a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest learners by:

  • Supporting daily care routines
  • Encouraging language development and independence
  • Supervising age-appropriate activities and outdoor play
  • Assisting with classroom organization and cleanliness
  • Working closely with the classroom teaching team
  • Planning engaging activities for the children

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
  • Currently enrolled in an additional 6 ECE units
  • At least one completed or currently enrolled course must be an Infant/Toddler class
  • Experience working with toddlers is preferred

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM–6:30 PM

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
