WinShape Camps is seeking college-aged students who are passionate about investing in the next generation. Summer Staff members build meaningful relationships with campers, lead engaging activities and skill experiences, and help create an environment where young people can grow in confidence, character, and faith. Staff have the opportunity to teach and model Christ-centered truths while serving as positive role models and leaders. Whether leading a small group, facilitating activities, or supporting camp operations, every team member plays an important role in creating an exceptional camp experience.
