What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between our clients' brands and prospective customers. Working at promotional events and face-to-face marketing campaigns, you'll focus on building relationships, generating new business, and driving customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with potential customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Introducing customers to products, services, and promotional offers
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Generating qualified leads and acquiring new customers on behalf of nationally recognized brands
- Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Consistently achieving individual and team customer acquisition goals
- Representing client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Participating in ongoing product knowledge, sales, and leadership development training
- Collaborating with teammates to maximize campaign performance and deliver outstanding results

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, marketing, fundraising, or brand representation is advantageous but not required. Full training is provided.
