Residential Project Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience managing renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in construction or project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. Compensation ranges from $70,000–$80,000 per year.

  • Coordinate renovation projects by tracking timelines, updating project dashboards, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to determine renovation scopes, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Conduct routine property visits to verify quality, safety, and company standards while documenting project status.
  • Work closely with property managers, asset management, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Track renovation budgets, vendor performance, and project expenses while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Manage inventory by tracking material deliveries, contractor distributions, and on-site supplies to support uninterrupted project execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel locally to job sites in our Texas portfolio (approximately 40%).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
