Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll gain practical experience entering, updating, and maintaining data across our internal systems while learning industry-standard tools and workflows. This is a fully remote internship—no prior professional experience required. You'll receive training, mentorship, and guidance throughout your time with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Verify information against source documents
- Assist with generating basic reports as needed
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements
- Meet assigned productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program, or a recent graduate
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior experience required—we'll train the right candidate
