About the Internship
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, recruiting, business operations, and professional services. No two days are the same. One day you may be designing graphics for social media, the next assisting with recruiting projects, organizing office operations, or helping execute new business initiatives.
This is the first-of-its-kind internship role. This gives the right candidate a chance to implement processes and systems for future interns as well.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing and creating content for social media platforms
- Design graphics, marketing materials, and digital content (graphic design experience is a plus)
- Support administrative and office operations
- Assist with recruiting and candidate outreach projects
- Help organize company databases, documents, and reports
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Conduct online research for recruiting and client projects
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Take on a wide variety of responsibilities as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Graphic Design, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Location: Troy, Michigan (Hybrid)
Hours: 20–30 hours per week, flexible around school/other work
Compensation: $14–18 per hour, based on experience
