Emergency Veterinarian – Clinton Township, Michigan

Veterinary United is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our dedicated emergency team in Clinton Township, Michigan.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys fast-paced medicine, critical thinking, and working alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional care for emergency and urgent care patients.

Schedule

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Overnight shifts
  • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat emergency and urgent care cases
  • Develop diagnostic and treatment plans
  • Perform emergency procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with experienced support staff and veterinary teams
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners during critical situations

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Michigan veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Emergency experience preferred, but motivated doctors with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
