ABC Commission Legal Intern (Fall 2026)

This internship is designed for currently enrolled and/or recently graduated (within 6 months) college students. A copy of your current college transcripts (official or unofficial) must be submitted to verify eligibility. Applications missing this requirement will be deemed incomplete and removed from consideration.

The ABC Commission is seeking a legal intern for the Fall of 2026. Specific responsibilities include legal office support work including agenda meeting preparation, legal research, possible public interaction, drafting legal documents under supervision, assisting with case preparation, reviewing files, attending court proceedings, and organizing evidence. 

As an intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of administrative law environment from working with law enforcement, office duties and courtroom procedures. Most of the work is confidential.

This internship is expected to start on August 24, 2026, and continue through October 23, 2026. The work schedule is part-time (up to 30 hours per week) Monday-Thursday. The rate of pay is $15.00 per hour. We value our employees and are committed to providing flexibility in work schedules. This position qualifies for teleworking on a part-time basis as part of the State Telework Program.
