GTM Engineer Intern

Fuel the Future is an education technology and workforce development organization building tools, programs, and pathways that help learners and early-career talent gain real-world skills. We are seeking a motivated GTM Engineer Intern to help connect our product, technology, and growth efforts. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical, and hands-on student interested in startups, go-to-market strategy, automation, and emerging technology.

Role Overview

  • The GTM Engineer Intern will support the development and execution of systems that help Fuel the Future identify prospects, improve outreach, streamline operations, and learn from market feedback. The intern will work across marketing, sales, research, and operations to turn ideas into repeatable processes and measurable results.
    This is a 12-week internship with opportunities to gain practical experience in go-to-market strategy, data analysis, business development, automation, and startup operations.

    Qualifications

    Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
    Interest in startups, sales, marketing, business development, technology, or operations.
    Strong research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
    Comfortable learning new software and working with spreadsheets and data.
    Resourceful, curious, and willing to take initiative.
    Able to work independently while communicating clearly with a team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, analytics, or productivity tools.
    Familiarity with AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or basic programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
    Experience conducting market research or creating prospect lists.
    Interest in education technology, workforce development, STEAM education, or the future of work.
