Job description
Atencio Hall, PLLC is seeking an attorney to join its multi-state energy and natural resources practice group to primarily assist in with drafting oil, gas and mineral title opinions and related land and real estate matters. Attorneys of all experience levels are encouraged to apply and training on oil and gas law, mineral title work and the energy industry will be provided.

Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in good standing, with Pennsylvania, Ohio and/or West Virginia licensure preferred.
- Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with a team.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to write in clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in drafting title opinions, especially in the Appalachian basin, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
Work Location:
- In person at our Greentree, PA office. We are open to discussing a flexible schedule to allow for some remote working.
