Tenure Track High School Special Education Position for the 26-27 School Year

Qualifications:

  • Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped certification
  • Teacher of English certification

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and leadership of the classroom
  • Demonstrate an understanding of current best practices in the teaching of special education students
  • Implement appropriate accommodations and modifications as per student IEP,  write student progress reports
  • Deliver individualized and group instruction and other educational objectives
  • Collaborate with other professionals

Salary Range: Steps 1-5

Start Date: September 1, 2026
