As a Customer Service Representative, you will promote Frontier’s campaign and help customers understand why our plans and products are the proper solution to their needs. You will contribute to the overall sales goals and marketing plans by building trust while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- You will promote Frontier’s plans and services with clients in a face-to-face environment.
- As a Customer Service Representative, negotiate, manage, and close any deals.
- Implement any marketing plans provided by the team to help meet the sales goals.
- You will be responsible for reaching out to any prospects and offering any additional solutions.
- Organize customers' info, plans, and services in a database promptly.
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications as a Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to coordinate priorities and maintain productivity throughout the day in your role as Customer Service Representative.
- Adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer service, sales, and/ or marketing experience is preferred as a Customer Service Representative, but not required.
- Be proficient in using CRM/ Databases and marketing tools to track interactions.
