职位描述：

Job Responsibilities

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds and educational goals, and recommend suitable study abroad consulting services.
• Assess students’ profiles and help develop appropriate school transfer and admission strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various promotional events and branding activities to increase company visibility.
• Manage online lead generation through platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Channels, Douyin (TikTok China), and other social media platforms.
• Maintain and optimize multiple social media accounts with targeted content promotion and user conversion strategies.
• Explore and develop new partnership opportunities and continuously identify potential client resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in online user growth, digital marketing, or lead generation; familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RED) content strategies and platform operations is preferred.
• Candidates with experience independently operating personal social media accounts (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Official Accounts, etc.) are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the study abroad application process; prior industry experience and related resources are a plus.
• U.S. study abroad background required; candidates with a U.S. graduate degree are preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about education, patient, approachable, and service-oriented.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability, and willingness to continuously expand professional knowledge.

工作内容

• 充分了解学生需求，匹配相应的留学服务
• 充分了解学生背景，合理规划学生在升（转）学方案
• 配合协助市场部门的各类活动，帮助提高品牌知名度
• 负责线上渠道拓客，通过小红书、公众号、视频号、抖音等平台进行内容运营与用户转化。
• 日常管理与维护多账号运营体系，有针对性地进行内容推广与引流。
• 探索并开发市场合作渠道，持续挖掘潜在客户资源。

职位要求

• 具备线上用户增长或线上拓客经验，熟悉小红书运营规则与内容策略。
• 有独立运营过个人账号（如小红书、抖音、微信公众号等）者优先。
• 对留学申请流程熟悉，有业内资源及工作经验者优先
• 具备美国留学背景，美国研究生毕业者优先
• 中英文表达流利熟练，擅长与人沟通
• 对教育工作有热情、有耐心，并具有亲和力
• 有快速学习能力和极强反应力，且愿意不断完善自身知识储备
