General Manager

Donatoni America is looking for a General Manager for its Greensboro, NC location. DUTIES: Oversee and manage operations; Drive company development in the region, coordinate with Italian HQ, ensure smooth cross departmental operations; Establish and carry out goals and procedures, manage company’s budget, negotiate new and existing contracts; Appoint managers and department heads; Improve performance and efficiency; Support functions and lead team in administration, sales, and production; Align North American operations with Global company goals

QUALIFICATIONS: 

High school diploma; 10 years’ progressive experience in stone/ marble industry and 5 years’ experience as Production or Operations Manager. Understand assembling, disassembling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment. Proven experience dealing with international suppliers and customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and team building skills. Experience in continuous improvement methodologies. 30% travel domestic and international.
