What You'll Do

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to patient safety.
  • Use independent judgment and critical thinking to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort.
  • Operate and troubleshoot digital imaging equipment, including CR, DR, PACS, RIS, and HIS systems.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and fellow imaging professionals to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, infection prevention protocols, OSHA regulations, and departmental policies.
  • Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with departmental quality initiatives and may provide mentorship, training, or guidance to students and staff as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring imaging equipment is functioning properly.
  • Participate in continuing education and complete all required annual competency and compliance training.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License.
  • Current CPR certification.
