Manager Trainee

• Manager Trainees participate in a comprehensive 3-½ month on-the-job training program at any one of our store locations.
• Manager Trainees rotate through four quadrants of training and will work in multiple departments within the store.
• This program allows you to get accustomed to basic store procedures and learn the common policies and terminology while working side by side with experienced managers.
• Upon completion of the program, you are eligible to apply for management positions in any of our store locations across the Midwest!

We offer the Manger Trainee Program for 3 types of candidates:

1. Manager-In-Training:  Candidates without a qualifying degree
2. Technically Trained Manager Trainee:  Associates' degree in a qualifying field -or- Bachelor's degree in a non-Degreed Manager Trainee field with a minor in business or marketing
3. Degreed Manager Trainee: Bachelor's degree in a qualifying field

Our Manager Trainees and Managers work rotating weekends with a day off in the middle of the week every week!  This means we still only work a 5-day workweek, but have more time in the week and on our weekends off for our personal lives. 

Manager Trainees will need to have open availability and are required to work a 40 hour work week.
