Client Services Coordinator

The Care Coordinator is the face of Avila Health Group and serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, referral sources, providers, and community partners. This individual is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring every client receives exceptional customer service from their first interaction through the duration of their care.

In addition to providing outstanding client support, the Care Coordinator coordinates appointments, verifies eligibility, assists with program operations, manages participant accounts, and provides administrative support to the clinical and leadership teams. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
