We work with schools, nonprofit organizations, and families to help students strengthen their academic skills, improve standardized test scores, and maximize their college admissions and scholarship opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions. 
• Tutor students in ACT, SAT, PSAT, and academic subjects, including Math, English, Reading, Science, and other assigned subjects. 
• Review assessments, practice tests, quizzes, and homework to identify learning gaps and reinforce key concepts. 
• Adapt your teaching approach to meet each student's learning needs and academic goals. 
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging virtual learning environment. 
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the Top Tutors for Us team. 
• Record attendance and complete session documentation after each tutoring session.  
• Participate in tutor training, orientations, and occasional team meetings. 

Qualifications

• Current college student or bachelor's degree required. 
• Strong previous ACT and/or SAT scores and a solid understanding of ACT/SAT content or academic subjects. 
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred but not required. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Reliable computer with a webcam and a stable high-speed internet connection. 
• Passion for helping students learn and succeed. 
• Ability to pass a background check. 

Schedule

• Fully remote position. 
• Flexible scheduling—choose tutoring sessions that fit your availability. 
• Tutoring opportunities are available Monday through Sunday, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
