Duration: 12 Months 
Shift: 1st Shift – Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector  Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) manufacturing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is responsible for performing visual and microscope-based inspections of micro-electronic components used in life-saving cardiac devices, including pacemakers. The ideal candidate will have previous microscope inspection experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in an FDA-regulated cleanroom environment while following established quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual and microscope-based inspection of micro-electronic components. 

Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. 

Identify, document, and report product defects or non-conformances. 

Follow Abbott quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection guidelines. 

Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. 

Work in an FDA-regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment. 

Support quality assurance activities for medical device manufacturing. 

Use basic computer systems to record inspection results. 

Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety procedures. 

Work efficiently while performing repetitive inspection tasks with high accuracy. 

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 

Previous hands-on inspection experience. 

Previous microscope inspection experience is required. 

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. 

Comfortable performing repetitive inspection work throughout the shift. 

Ability to sit for extended periods. 

Basic computer skills. 

Ability to work the required Thursday–Sunday schedule. 

Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when required. 

Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
