Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Associate

In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events inside partnered retail locations. You'll receive hands-on training in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and leadership while working alongside experienced professionals.

No prior experience is required—we're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands at promotional events inside retail locations.
• Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and educate them on current products, services, and promotions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Assist interested customers with product or service enrollments when appropriate.
• Help execute marketing campaigns that support client growth and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet campaign goals and maintain a positive event environment.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, communication, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
