Customer Success Associate

Carrera Consulting Group is partnering with a global battery manufacturing company in Dallas to identify an organized, customer-focused Customer Success Associate. What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders from receipt through final delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines
• Support the sales team by providing information on pricing, inventory, product availability, and customer requests
• Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
• Process invoices and coordinate with the accounting department
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
• Update order information in company systems
• Assist with resolving customer questions and order-related issues
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service, internship, or office experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Experience with order entry or ERP systems
• Supply chain, logistics, or business coursework is a plus
