Part Time - Direct Support Professional
We are an agency providing caregiving and personal care services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are searching for part-time caregivers to pick up shifts or match with families to provide regular care in client homes. Perfect for students majoring in education, social work, medical, or just looking for part-time work.
Right now, we are prioritizing a match for the following families:
- One family in Concord, CA looking for one caregiver for their 5-year old son with special needs. 10 hours per week, schedule depending on caregiver availability. Family is looking to cover any hours M-F starting from 2pm to evening.
- One family in Danville, CA looking for two caregivers for their 10 year old twins (one caregiver per twin). Approximately 10 hours per week, schedule depending on caregiver availability. Family is looking to cover any hours M-F 4-7 (each child) plus Sunday 1-5 (son) or Sunday 4-7 (daughter).
Minimums Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- CPR/First Aid certificate
- Clear background check (we require LiveScan background screening)
- Authorized to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
Base pay is $23.80 per hour with bonuses for more shifts worked and California sick leave accrual.
