Preschool Teacher
The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for God and others. This individual will foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff while integrating Christian principles into daily instruction and activities.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development
- Create a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered classroom environment
- Teach foundational academic skills through hands-on learning, play, and exploration
Monitor and assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents - Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small school community
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
