Associate / Senior Associate - Summer/Fall 2026

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are growing our team at Brooks Hill Partners with the addition of an Associate or Senior Associate starting Summer/Fall 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career at the intersection of investment strategy, commercial diligence, and life sciences innovation, with direct exposure to both sides of our business from the very beginning. 

You will collaborate closely with senior team members and clients to tackle complex business challenges and develop actionable, high-quality solutions. As an integral part of the project team, you will contribute to research, data analysis, and strategy development while gaining hands-on experience in addressing critical issues for leading organizations. This position offers significant opportunities for learning, growth, and exposure to high-impact work 

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and Data Collection: Conduct primary and secondary research to develop accurate and actionable insights
  • Data Analyses: Support in performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, including organizing data, running basic models, and generating initial insights to support project objectives. 
  • Insight Development: Contribute to the development of actionable insights by synthesizing research findings and collaborating with team members to identify key takeaways. 
  • Client Deliverable Generation: Contribute to the creation of clear, compelling client-facing materials that effectively communicate complex findings
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Collaborate closely with team members to execute assigned workstreams, manage deadlines, and ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables
  • Support business development activities, including contributions to new business proposals, white papers, case studies, and speaking engagements

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Fun, collaborative, and open-minded. We are looking to make a meaningful addition to our team.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in the life sciences, business, economics, or a related field
  • Able to self-start, self-manage, and deliver independently. We are looking for people who are comfortable tackling new problems in a strategic and efficient manner.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving capabilities; experience in market research and/or financial modeling strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior managers and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or modeling tools is a plus

LOCATION

Brooks Hill Partners is headquartered in Boston, MA. Candidates are expected to work onsite and should be open to periodic travel to client sites as needed. Brooks Hill Partners operates on a hybrid work model.
