Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team at JONATHAN Y. The ideal candidate will be monitoring the health of the operation, investigates failures, identifies trends and partner with technical teams to continuously improve processes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                                                           

• Monitor automated order processing workflows for wholesale and dropship programs, ensuring orders, inventory updates, shipments, and invoices are processed successfully.
• Review orders and transactions that fail to process, are delayed, or require manual intervention, and coordinate timely resolution. 
• Investigate root causes of processing failures, inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and integration issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Analyze operational data and fulfillment trends to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to increase automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work with teams to resolve operational issues and improve end-to-end workflows.
• Validate that retailer-specific requirements, routing rules, and compliance standards are accurately executed by automated processes.
• Monitor inventory availability and fulfillment performance, proactively identifying risks that may impact customer orders or service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track operational KPIs, including order processing success rates, processing failures, fulfillment timeliness, chargebacks, and system performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance, exception trends, and process improvement opportunities.
• Document operational procedures, system issues, and resolution steps to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in testing, validating, and implementing new automation, system enhancements, and operational workflows.
• Support cross-functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and process standardization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.                                                                                                                             

Qualifications                                                                                                   

• 1-3 years of working experience within operations, supply chain, and/or logistics required
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, EDI, API integrations, or order management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).                                                   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.         
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.               
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiples tasks and projects
• Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization skills
