Our multidisciplinary team of neuropsychologists, psychometrists, and counselors uses advanced evaluation and assessment techniques to build individualized treatment plans for patients facing a wide range of neurobehavioral and emotional challenges.
Role Description
The Case Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role manages plaintiff litigation and FAA medical evaluation cases from intake through report delivery, staying on top of case activity, keeping records and deadlines organized, and serving as a reliable point of contact for attorneys and providers throughout the life of each case. This is a great fit for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is ready to wear multiple hats and grow with a small, expanding practice.
Qualifications
- Strong case management skills, including organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple active cases at once
- Comfortable handling sensitive legal and medical information with discretion
- Proficiency with office software and case management or document storage systems, or willingness to learn
- A self starter mindset, someone who goes beyond the basics and helps wherever the team needs it
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, experience in litigation support or medical case coordination, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
