Upper Room Solutions, LLC is seeking motivated students and emerging professionals for our Fall 2026 Client Relationship Apprenticeship.
This is a hands-on business development opportunity focused on building relationships with employers. Apprentices will research prospective clients, contact business owners and HR professionals, introduce our employee benefit services, schedule meetings, and maintain consistent follow-up.
The program begins in Fall 2026 but is not limited to one semester. Successful apprentices may continue with Upper Room Solutions beyond the fall as they develop their skills, professional network, and book of business.
Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective employer clients
Contact business owners and HR professionals by phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Introduce Upper Room Solutions and explain our services
Ask questions to understand employer needs
Schedule introductory meetings
Track outreach, notes, and follow-up activity
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Build long-term professional relationships

Selected apprentices will be required to obtain an Accident, Health, and Life Insurance License.
Upper Room Solutions provides study materials and exam-preparation resources at no cost. Apprentices are responsible for the cost of the licensing exam and required background check.
The license belongs to the apprentice and may remain with them after leaving Upper Room Solutions, provided state renewal and continuing-education requirements are maintained.
