Server
Next Round Social is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our opening team. Servers will provide food and beverage service throughout the restaurant, dining areas, duckpin bowling lanes, and private events.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests quickly and create a friendly, memorable experience.
- Follow Next Round Social’s 11 Steps of Service.
- Explain menu items, promotions, attractions, and facility offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly.
- Recommend appetizers, entrées, desserts, and specialty beverages.
- Deliver drinks and food within established service-time standards.
- Check back with guests and resolve concerns quickly.
- Maintain clean, organized tables, lanes, and service stations.
- Pre-bus tables and assist with food running and team service.
- Process payments and complete cash-out procedures accurately.
- Follow alcohol-awareness, food-safety, and sanitation requirements.
- Assist with lane service, parties, and private events as assigned.
- Complete opening, running, downtime, and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly personality and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage trays.
- Evening, weekend, holiday, and late-night availability may be required.
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
