Our rehabilitation team provides compassionate, patient-centered care through our Life Plan Communities, Therapy at Home program, and Home & Community Based Services throughout Central New Jersey.

We are currently seeking Physical Therapists for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities across multiple clinical settings.

Current Opportunities

• Full-Time Physical Therapist
• Part-Time Physical Therapist
• Per Diem Physical Therapist
• Therapy at Home
• Home & Community Based Services (HCBS)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and efficiently
• Promote exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
• Current or eligible for New Jersey Physical Therapist licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing compassionate care
