Nordhaven Capital is a proprietary trading and research firm that develops technology and operational systems for fast-moving digital markets.

We're expanding our Field Operations team and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support operational projects at professional sporting events across the United States.

This is a flexible, project-based independent contractor role that can fit around university studies, full-time employment or other commitments.

About the role

As a Field Operations Associate, you'll represent Nordhaven while attending assigned professional sporting events in your local area.

Using our mobile application and established operating procedures, you'll complete structured operational tasks, collect event information and communicate with our Operations team throughout each assignment.

The role requires professionalism, sound judgement and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned professional sporting events in your local area.
• Follow documented operating procedures accurately and consistently.
• Complete structured operational tasks using our mobile application.
• Maintain clear communication with the Operations team before and after assignments.
• Submit accurate operational reports following each event.
• Represent Nordhaven professionally at all times.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Assignments are offered on a project-by-project basis and scheduled around your availability.
